We will do our best to accommodate your request.
It does not mean that we will provide unlimited revisions.
Generally, we check the quality before delivery and then send it to you. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will make corrections. Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds after work has begun.
For instance
When something I thought was a
placeholderand intentionally left untranslated is not aplaceholderand requires translation.When I translated something, but it turned out to be an important phrase, such as a product name or catchphrase, and I wanted to leave it in English (although I try to notice this in advance).
When changes to buttons or UI result in a significant discrepancy between the translated character count and the actual design, compromising the design. (This only applies if you contact us within 5 days of delivery.)
